Ted's Pawn cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked delivered by USPS. At the point of delivery, it is the customer's responsibility for the safety & security of the package. If you believe theft may be likely, We suggest you purchase a $4 shipping upgrade that will require USPS to obtain a signature upon delivery. If a package is damaged upon delivery or lost during shipment, Tedspokepawn provides a full refund or replacement.

If you chose to do local pickup you will be charged 7.8% sales tax, either through the website for Ohio residents or in person if you are an out of state resident picking up in store. Please bring ID when you Pick up!
