Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

Orders will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days. Orders cannot be modified or combined. If you purchase a Pre-Order item, all items in the cart ship WITH the Pre-Order. Ted's Pawn cannot be held responsible for stolen packages post-delivery. Opt to protect your order with a signature-upgrade. Cancelled Orders are subject to a 3% restocking fee.

Ted's Pawn cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked delivered by USPS. At the point of delivery, it is the customer's responsibility for the safety & security of the package. If you believe theft may be likely, We suggest you purchase a $4 shipping upgrade that will require USPS to obtain a signature upon delivery. Any order $200 and up will automatically be signature required at no extra cost. Someone must be there to sign for it upon delivery.
