We do not offer returns on any of the products we sell.  If something arrives damaged or not as described, please email us and we will try to make it right. Tedspokepawn@gmail.com

Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

Email Tedspokepawn@gmail.com with the Subject line: "CANCEL ORDER #..." 

Orders will be fulfilled within 3-5 buisness days. Orders cannot be modified or combined. If you purchase a Pre-Order item, all items in the cart ship WITH the Pre-Order. Ted's Pawn cannot be held responsible for stolen packages post-delivery. Opt to protect your order with a signature-upgrade. Cancelled Orders are subject to a 3% restocking fee. 

Ted's Pawn cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked delivered by USPS. At the point of delivery, it is the customer's responsibility for the safety & security of the package. If you believe theft may be likely, We suggest you purchase a $4 shipping upgrade that will require USPS to obtain a signature upon delivery.Any order $200 and up will automatically be signature required at no extra cost. Someone must be there to sign for it upon delivery.  If a package is damaged upon delivery or lost during shipment, Tedspokepawn provides a full refund or replacement.

In store pickup is available. Items must be picked up within 5 days of purchase.  Items bought with in store pickup option are subject to applicable sale tax.
